    Being multi-platform is likely the reason why SE still hasn't opened the game up to addons, which are harder to implement on consoles. But that's all the more reason why they need plenty of options and configuration choices within the game itself, to make up for the lack of such addons.

    Yes, he knows that ^^; That's why he asked why they decided to implement it like that, instead of taking the icons/icon overlays that already exist for the tooltip window (you know, the one with the larger numbers counting down over the whole icon?). I don't understand that decision either ;_; The icons/overlays already exist and need to be loaded into memory for the tooltip window anyway, so... why would it stress the active memory to temporarily replace the "ready!" icons with the "tooltip countdown" icons?
    (I'm sure they see a reason for it, but I... don't. ^^; )
