Option to Remove the Circle Image on Skill CD

I actually like the circles, it definitely helps me to keep track of cooldowns at a glance, and my vision is pretty much perfect. I would've liked the numbers to be a bit bigger and centered on the icon, but it's not a major thing really.

The circle bar doesn't flash when the skill/ability ready. That makes me feel weird...

My vision's a bit lopsided, so I find this to be pretty helpful. An option to toggle it on or off according to one's preference makes sense, though.

dear lord, yes this needs and option to be turned off. I didn't notice it too much when I was healing, but as soon as I switched to a dps or tank class, it was terrible. If it didn't flash for the short 2.4 or w/e recasts, MAYBE it wouldn't be so bad...
