So there is no chat for people who want to be mentored but already have 40 or more hours of game time? I was hoping there would be some way to interact with the mentors but if that's the only way that is kinda sad. I just hope that mentors who get randomly put in the harder content will give advice on mechanics, shortfallings and what not and not treat it as bonus rewards and leave after a single wipe.

The mentors still get the crown above their head so the "no-longer-sprouts" can look for these in the open-world and probably even in the search window - not sure about this as I am still stuck at work for the next 30 minutes >_>

Mentors have a symbol they can add to their name like the "Online" or "Busy" symbol. I can't log in yet but I'm pretty sure you could use Player Search to search for Mentors and ask them a question or post the question into mentor chat. Also no matter how many hours you put into the game, if it's the first time clearing a type of content I'm pretty sure the Mentor Roulette will prioritize you so you might end up being matched with one.
