Is this the message about suspicious activity and you need to reset your password? That happens each time you try to connect from a different IP address (definitely each time you connect from a new location, but possible for a home to also get multiple IPs in the same day depending on the ISP).

If this is what it is, the fix is simply to add a security token to your account (either the software token on smartphones or a physical token which they sell for a low cost). Doing that removes the IP check from your account (because someone would need your security token to login) and also you get a free teleport in game for having one added!
