    please help the game wont let me rank up the the fc

    please help the game wont let me rank up in the fc i have done everything it has asked i have completed the hunting long rank 2 and i have done the side quest for it but its still saying i haven't done it when i ask to get my promotion it says to qualify for your next you must complete a trial as well as complete rank 2 in the grand company objectives of you hunting log according to our records you have yet to fulfill the latter let us speak again when you have done so

    i just wanted to get my room in my fc

    Just to be clear, you completed the Grand Company hunting log, not the hunting log for your class/job, right?
