    Misnamed Orchestrion Roll

I couldn't help but notice in the 3.2 patch notes that every instance of the orchestrion roll for T5 calls the song "Thunder Rolls".

"Thunder Rolls" is the name of the Ramuh song on both the Before the Fall OST and From Astral to Umbral.

"Thunderer" is the actual name of the song on the ARR OST.

Pretty sure I'm not just confused as to which song it actually is, because the Faded Copy of Thunder Rolls says it's from the Ragnarok and also it's required in the recipe for Answers along with both other Binding Coil faded copies.

I can confirm the issue as far as the patch notes are concerned, but it looks as though (if it was an issue with the game data itself at any point) it was caught in time. Bayohne of the community team relays (via Twitter) that the game data is as it should be.

Yep. It so happens Bayohne and I were just chatting about this, and I can confirm that we've only got "Thunderer" rolls, not "Thunder Rolls" rolls...rolls...rolls...

Full disclosure: regrettably, these sorts of discrepancies are, to a certain degree, unavoidable. LOC deadlines are among the latest in the dev cycle, and to ensure that we can do the best job we can, you'd better believe we're going to take it down to the wire. However, because patch notes are a massive undertaking in of themselves, the team responsible for preparing them in all languages has to pull the data in advance.

In an ideal world, patch notes would be perfect and flawless. However, everything comes at a cost, and if we wanted to guarantee that level of quality, then our in-game work would have to suffer and/or you'd have to wait longer for the patch notes to be released. While we will continue to do our utmost to minimize these mistakes, we ask for your understanding now and in the future.

I think the streak is still unbroken on every patch notes having some glaring mistakes as far back as I can remember, but when you explain it like that it's acceptable given the number of staff and other things being more important. Thank you for all the hard work put into today's patch.

You mean like how the DRG weapon was referenced in the patch notes as "Spear of the Sephiroth"? I secretly wanted it to be kinda true.
