Character data did not save???

I played 4 hours and did many quests and got lv 18.

I came back online and now I am 15. My gear equiped is lvl 16-18 LOL also I have all abilities 15-18 on my action bar.

Behemoth server. I called gm and waited 2 hours and NOTHING.

ALSO my character on Tonberry only got 10 gold chocobo feathers. I received an error when trying to receive 5 of them. This is ruining my day. I want full restoral of all characters and belongings. I cannot believe no gm will contact me in game.

You only need to make one thread. Also, if you want an official response you should A. read the formatting guideline on how to report a bug (you are missing a tonne of info). And B. I would keep pestering the GMs to get attention, because that will do far more than anyone on the forums can do.
