    GM Support plain Sucks!

    Thats more or less everything i have to say.

    You always get same old message, and there's
    never a reply back on how the "Investigation" turned out.

    You dont even see any changes after
    for example reporting a player fo w/e reason.
    It's obvious some players act like complete morons just because it's a free game now, and hence the matter cant be taken serious enough.

    So if im gonna pay for this...you better darn make
    sure GM support is actually worth the money!

    If not..you might aswell sack all those useless GM's.

    - Suggestion... Sack all the currently active "GM's", they are a waste of your company money!

    - Im also expecting atleast 1 player from my own server to reply to this...so.. i'll be waiting.

    They aren't allowed to tell you about such matters, thats a private case. The TOA says it all

    Also, it is lots of good GM's there, but they don't just pop up whenever, they got work to do too, right? :P

    for example, when i earlier reported the bug with spiritbinding pretty mnuch after the new patch, i got a GM message saying that they had gotten more reports already saying they were working on it, 2 hours later, we had a fix and the quest worked. Though he didn't whisper me to say "we fixed it", odd, dont you think? well, i dont.

    Oh im sorry, did i say i was leaving? no....

    At release i reported a major bug for a leve at Drybone, some leve-dodos chased
    my ass to gridania zone, when they was suppose to run back to spawn location.
    So i called GM,...you know what he told me?

    Everything was working normally.... now... i dont think i ever lol'd so hard in my life before.

    Nothing was "Normal" back then....and yet he/she claimed so.

    So ya, i still stick to my GM's are a joke opinion & should be looked into closer.

    Huh? Leve mobs keep chasing you unless they kill you or you kill them.

    As for GM service, its deeply integrated to japanese customer service culture. You have your protocol, and you follow it to the dot. flexibility and common sense belong to the trash bin.

    I hope that SE would lead the way when it comes to making the change, but its going to be tough.

    lol i agree with you.

    As it is now i rather have any other language GM's that i dont understand to talk to,
    cuz i would make as much sense calling that person as it calling one now.

    Or just plain scrap GM support, since its always been utterly useless. (Talkin ingame now that is)

    GM's are doing their job.. Reporting people for violations of TOA takes an investigation.. You're not a star witness to a execution trial, you simply report a person and that is everything that concerns you..I was stuck in active mode during a GC quest after patch 1.19 launched..I couldn't return, port, or log off.. So I called a GM and they were there to help me in 5 min.. They were even kind enough to allow me to take a picture with them! Even though I dont agree with the majority of your statements.. I also expect there to be better GM support the moment I start paying a subscription

    Well id prolly agree with you aswell, but this sort of thing seem to varies from server to server.
    So ya, you server GM's might be nice & stuff idk, but here, well this first time i used the sevice since release.

    And...well it sucked.

    But being asked to have patiance in the matter of the report?...wth does that entitle?
    Idk, i doubt anyone knows.

    the thing I find oddest about support is, if you report RMT activities, the GM reply is to make it easier and faster, please report via this URL.

    yes cuz it's a whole lot easier for me to exit the game, and report via a website then use the ingame report tool.
    Why even have an RMT section in the support form, if all that's gonna happen is they tell you to go to a website >_>

    No GM is at fault, they follow guide lines and rules set by senior staff and SE, It would be nice if they ever updated you on a investigation.

    I'm speaking to SE at the moment about a banned FFXI account and it took 6 weeks for them to get back to me & now they say it'll take another 5 weeks to unban and restore the account. 11 weeks feels way to long for a senior GM or team member to just unban and update account infomation
