It has been nearly almost a year since Heavensward has been released for XIV, and things like poison, blinding, silencing, paralyzing, and sleeping potions are completely obsolete at this point in the game. It's kinda of weird that we would get an upgrade to recovery potions efficacy and yet these game mechanics have yet to be updated.

Currently, as it stands, these items are only good for 2.0 content and nothing outside of that (Since for w/e reason each tier has a set level cap on the target you use it on, the highest tier being LV50). I'm not sure if that's part of game balance mechanics moving forward but it seems a little half sided to let this kind of mechanic/strategy completely go to waste.
