My off days are Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, but I don't mind. I'll just play some Rainbow Six Siege or Elder Scrolls Online in the meantime.

Being as the time frame for the maintenance is during my prime time (mine is earlier than most Americans), I'm perfectly fine with the schedule that they have put in place.

I'm excited for 3.2 and all but I think they should rethink their choice on when to take the servers down.

This in and of itself doesn't bother me that much (at least I can plan around it), as long as they don't jerk my chain and extend it like WoW constantly does with theirs. THAT ticks me off more than anything.

Its always prime time somewhere or a bad time no matter what for maintenance. Cannot make all timezones happy. What SE does do is change their times around to make it a little fair for everyone as requested by the ffxiv community

4pm PST = 9am JST. In other words they are going to start the update at 9am and finish up around 7pm, Japanese Standard Tiime.

They always try to end maintenance for a patch right after the weekly reset. The only thing that makes this one look 'less convenient' is the start time. In the past is started at 2am as well and was just 24 hours of downtime usually. Looks like they don't need quite so much downtime with this one so it's going down at 4pm instead.
