Quick noob question!

Hi!

I have been through the patch notes a couple of times now and I must be blind.
I was wondering how will the items needed to upgrade the esoterics gear be obtainable?

From what I have understood, now you can get 1 per week from Void Ark, but since ESO will be uncapped, will there by any chance to upgrade the items at a faster rate?
