Unable to continue EX primals...

In response to my now-locked and yet unresolved thread:

After Thronmarch EX and Levi Ex, Ramuh Ex is available in front of the Adders HQ in New Gridania and after Ramuh Ex Shiva Ex will be available.""
I am aware of this. You guys don't seem to believe me, so here are some screenshots. In this one you will note that both 'The King Lives' (Thornmarch EX) and 'Whorl of a time' (Leviathan EX) are both shown as completed, yet 'Judgement Bolts and Lightning' (Ramuh EX) is still unavailable.



Time: Roughly 7:30 PM 2/20/16
Frequency: Once
World name: Malboro
Character name: Xolnira Raeck
Monster name: Leviathan EX
Class/Level: Bard 59
Party or solo: Party (undersized)
In-game time: Unknown
Area and coordinates: Leviathan EX Trial
Steps:
1. Began Leviathan EX for the first time, had quest to do it.
2. Wiped and began second attempt, then my internet connection cut out.
3. Reset modem and router and logged back in.
4. By the time I got back, they had killed Leviathan and everyone had left. I was alone in the instance with just the exit portal.
5. Upon leaving, I found the Leviathan EX quest was missing from my log.
6. Went to Urianger in the Waking Sands to turn in the quest, all he has is the unavailable Shiva EX quest (When I believe he should have Thornmarch EX to give me after having defeated Leviathan EX)
6. I checked the 'Completed Quests' tab of the Journal, to find it was listed there, without having turned it in.
7. I am now unable to continue the questline to do the rest of the Extreme primal trials... PLEASE HELP!

Did yoy actually complete the Thornmarch EX duty?
If I remember all the ex primal quests finish and are completed once simply unlocking the duty, not actually doing it.

I did unlock and complete it

Completing the duties are not a part of the quest. You get them AFTER completing the quest.
Check your achievements! If you don't have the achievement for Thornmarch (extreme), you haven't completed it yet.

I am sorry, I could have sworn I did Thorn EX but I guess... idk. I did it just now and I was able to unlock Ramuh. My bad. With the disconnect I guess I just assumed it bugged out.
