How to set Gear Macros??

This MRD Gear swap isnt working:

/equip main "Barbarian's Bardiche +1"
/equip body "Cobalt Haubergeon (Red) +1"
/equip legs "Felt Trousers (Red)"
/equip feet "Cobalt Sollerets (Red)"
/equip hands "Cobalt Mitt Gauntlets"
/equip head "Cobalt Elmo (Red)"
/equip waist "Cobalt Plate Belt"

Anybody know why?

Neither is this one:

/equip main "Hart Guisarme"
/equip body "Cobalt Haubergeon (Red) +1"
/equip legs "Felt Trousers (Red)"
/equip feet "Cobalt Sollerets (Red)"
/equip hands "Cobalt Mitt Gauntlets"
/equip head "Cobalt Elmo (Red)"

I get:

are the new commands for main and off hand

Yeah you got that error message because your main hand macro is no longer valid. They revised the macro sub commands so now "main" and "sub" or "off" no longer work.

I didn't even realize they did this until someone shouted in Ul'dah asking about his macro not working LOL. I've been using the full form of macro (and using auto-translation in every word/syntax) all along.

Okay, but apparently it doesnt work properly for macros anymore either. I try to equip specific items on a character when crafting and stuff, for example;

/equip mh "Weathered Chaser Hammer"
/equip Body "Weathered Shirt"
/equip head "Onion Helm

It changes my class to Goldsmith, but it wont equip the body and head items. Any ideas?

If you can do it many times and find out if sometimes it works but sometimes it doesn't work, it's possibly lag issue. Sometimes my macro skipped a line or two and I had to spam the button again.

Maybe try putting /wait 1 on the line after main hand? Might help.

Did you get any error message in your chatlog when this macro failed though?
