i found the idea interesting exept for one...
the ninja, the trouble come not from the idea, but from the battlepose of the ninja that make every long mantle look weird.... and sadly SE adore overcharge the attire with waist element for the ninja. making it have weird attire when it is in combat. plus i doubt anyone jumping like the ninja do will hinder it movement with long mantle and stuff like this.

ps: make armor look good in standing pose is nice, making look nice in every pose the jobs can take is more important for me.

pss: another point, just did think make armor look good on one race can look silly or.... unearthly on other race. like the colisseum Shawl nice on women and.... god scary- on roe man!
