    Support Desk/Report System

    Is it just me or is the support desk part of the menus really clunky and tends to always load badly or sometimes not at all? I'll be trying to look at my tickets and get constant "Information can be displayed" and have to refresh once or twice every time I use it.

    The report system works badly honestly. Its clunky it sometimes takes an ungodly time to load and any other thing you do can potentially close it without your permission. There is no quick report feature for dealing with the bot either. Whats up with that? just give us 4 options. (let me know if this thread has been made already)

    - Harassment

    - Botting

    - Trolling

    - Spamming

    I don't even use the Support Desk any more, because any real queries are merely responded to with "make a forum post about it", and as I'm a console player and a tablet user, stopping what I'm doing to report something that might not be taken seriously just seems worthless, especially the "Leave a Suggestion" option in Contact Us.

    Also, being a console player, reporting a RMT advertiser is a pain as it means searching around for a mouse to plug into my console, just to get the highlight option. And then when I do, I have to be so meticulous about what I enter, only to see the RMTer I've reported still active in whatever area, or via my tells, for up to 3 days afterward.

    I also have made numerous posts and quite a few threads about this exact same issue... None of them was even commented on. :/ Which is very sad, imo.

    Agreed. The current support interface is horrendously clunky and time consuming. Flat out awful.

    Seriously. I'm not sure why it's so hard for them to get this right....

    Right Click > Report for "x" > System auto files a timestamped report > System auto blacklists player.

    SE PLEASE FIX YOUR BLOODY AWFUL SUPPORT DESK!!

    I spent literal 5 minutes clicking between tabs only to get the history to load so that I could open the "new" reply that isn't even new anymore, and once I had the reply open for another 2 minutes for the server to register its read status, as soon as I got in a duty the very same thing started flashing a notification again. With how often we have to resort to using it to report RMTs (within one hour after the servers came back on I already reported two), it's an absolute disgrace that teeters on being unusable. With it being the only way for us to police this game, it feels like you don't even want us to do any policing at all - this very ancient headache of a method is certainly not encouraging at all.

    The amount of time I spend navigating it to report players is ridiculous. Even if they interface were quicker, it would still be silly. There is just too much RMT SPAM. But yeah, making the menus quicker to navigate so that we can report them would be a step in the right direction.
