Is it just me or is the support desk part of the menus really clunky and tends to always load badly or sometimes not at all? I'll be trying to look at my tickets and get constant "Information can be displayed" and have to refresh once or twice every time I use it.
The report system works badly honestly. Its clunky it sometimes takes an ungodly time to load and any other thing you do can potentially close it without your permission. There is no quick report feature for dealing with the bot either. Whats up with that? just give us 4 options. (let me know if this thread has been made already)
