Ideas for BRD/MCH

Bard:

-Battle Voice recast reduced to 3 min

-duration of Venomous and Windbite increased to 21 secs

-Wide Volley changed from weaponskill to ability with 1 min recast

-Windbite and Flaming Arrow now properly affected by Foe's Requiem

-River of Blood trait reworked so that a Bard will receive up to 2 potency increases for their next Bloodletter/Rain of Death if reset (by either Venomous and/or Windbite) and wasn't on cooldown at time of reset (potency increase is lost after 10s or upon use)

-Minuet (when active) now further augments certain weaponskills and abilities along with the 30% buff it already provides:
+Heavy Shot and Empyreal Arrow now will have slightly increased potency when executed from the rear
+Battle Voice now allows a Bard to ignore dmg penalty if used along with Mage's Ballad or Army's Paeon
+Sidewinder now affected by Flaming Arrow and can have a possible third potency increase if executed while Venomous and Windbite are already on the target
+Wide Volley will now spread Venomous and Windbite to nearby enemies but won't reset/extend timer of either DoT (potency halved for 4th enemy and beyond---reduced potencies are negated if select target has Venomous and Windbite refreshed by Iron Jaws)
