Immediate disconnect when logging in - Error 10105

Hello support peoples,

I'm having a problem where whenever I try to login I immediately get disconnected with the error "Connection with the server was lost." - 10105

I am able to connect to the data centers within the menu and can see my characters, and when I try to log in I sit in a queue, only for this error message to come up when the queue hits zero (the loading screen does come up first but I do no actually seem to log in on my side).

My Internet connection is fine (am able to browse to other websites) and I can ping the Tonberry server (my server) for about 240ms consistently. I also ran a tracert which showed no problems connecting to the server, and the connection status in the menu says "Excellent". But still no logon.

The error started at about 11am local time (about 25 minutes ago, unsure what that is server time.) I was able to play before this with no issues.

I'll post ping and tracert results below. Any ideas?

Oh, and I have already power cycled computer/router/network termination device. Before anyone suggests that.

Edit: Looks like I'm not alone, seeing a number of people experience the same/similar issues on the Tonberry server.

I Currently have the same issue and have done basic troubleshooting with my pc and my internet. I am still unable to connect.

Happening to me as well. Just finished Fractal via L60 roulette and exiting the dungeon. Got kicked from server, then every time after waiting in queue, got to loading screen, then 10105.

I was in Matoya's Cave when queue popped.

Same issue, wait in a 500/600 player que with Connection Excellent only to be disconnected each and every time I get to the front and hit the loading screen.

This was after having to totally reinstall the game to get past the version errors.

Really not impressed.

Well its back up, but all im getting now is

"The lobby server connection has encountered an error"

Seems they are already working on it, shouldn't be long now, maybe half an hour.
