Are Fire Clusters considered useless?

I've noticed on my server roughly 100~500 fire clusters ale per day (rng). So 1-2 people might buy a small stack of 100 a day (average slow day). They're selling at 50g a pop and have consistently stayed at that price for about a month.

So... when I'm looking at all the other clusters 200-800g each and there's usually a 2k buy rate per any other cluster each day.

Why are fire clusters selling for so slow? Are they a useless cluster (in the realm of crafting)?

Fire moraine appears conveniently right by idyllshire and is right before the gathering window to hinterlands blue scrip collectibles, morel and cuprite. Makes it easy pass time if not on the mood for any more serious gathering trips when farming the blue scrips.

Usewise, it's majorly used by culinarian and blacksmith in highest level recipes, minor ly by jewelcrafter, and about no one really byes the star crafted weapons (except some crafting tools) and for foods, the one step lower ones don't take insane ingredients and are still almost as good.

Easy to get (more so for those omni-everythings) and hardly having use..

They are not useless. I can go though 3k a week with my BSM and CUL crafts alone.

The fact is, 3 out of 10 Ephemeral Nodes give Fire Clusters, meaning the Aetherial Reduction gatherers are farming so much of them to know what to do with.

What about Earth, wind and lightning clusters then? They're dipping to 50g each for all three of those too. Fire clusters dropped to 9g-20g for about two days...

I started collecting my own clusters because I pay 2k per cluster most of the time..
