You didn't get my point. Succor is 2.5 and NAH is 3s. Everyone is so focused on Diurnal that they tend to forget Nocturnal does exist (I can't blame them), and should be compared to Succor as well.
At the moment it's either a 5% faster Medica II with Succor's range or a 5% more potent Succor with Medica II's cast time. That's my point.

Aspected Helios comparison to Medica II isn't a simple 1:1 comparison. You have AH lower regen potency, and it costs much less than Medica II for that potency difference. That is pretty key, not the 15y thingy.
As many of us attest here before, 15y isn't really an issue at current savage end-game level. Even with White Mage, you are going to position correctly for 15y Medica for follow-up A3S splash damage. Ideally you could have more free GCDs as a WHM on a longer raid fight because of the higher regen potency ticks if you got full tick value, at the higher cost. But real-raid conditions will always vary, and maybe you don't always need every tick to count because it might be overheal, etc.
You should add the rest of the cards as a /statusoff in your macro, if you don't already. That way you have a true "Discard" button for any situation. Like not RR something you don't want.

I see you point, but as for Bole, Balance and Arrow, I wouldn't remove them or use redraw at all. Either I throw them or RR Bole (in case the tank doesn't need it) or Arrow (in rare cases when I'm with a melee party). I usually RR Spear, so I'm not sure if I should put it in the macro as well.
Put actions you don't use in the macro will just make the game proccess more code lines for nothing...
Want a heal? How much money you got?

For what it's worth, I really don't care that it's 15y rather than 20y as 20y isn't the norm but the exception and I agree range is, most of the time, not as necessary as proper positioning in Savage content. 20y is super convenient but that's it.
I just see the Medica II parity being brought up all the time, which is weird to me because I think its 3s cast time is much more problematic in Nocturnal when you take the precision required to pull off NAH + Disable + CU compared to Succor + Virus + Soil into account.
I don't even fundamentally disagree with you guys, you can move on. I'm disappointed Nocturnal mostly remains untouched. Won't prevent me from trying, getting buffs is cool and I can't wait to see the new potencies on Ewer and Spire.

Ah, I see. Lean something new everyday when discussing things (always thought succos was a 3s cast too). You didn't get my point. Succor is 2.5 and NAH is 3s. I imagine we won't see any major retooling of Noct until 4.0 though.
I like the changes to Shuffle -> Redraw but I would like for them to change Royal Road and Spread while they're at it:
This change would allow us to manipulate RNG better and making dead draws less consistent. Not by much, but it would be a great improvement to the current system.Royal Road: Return the currently drawn arcanum back to your deck to enhance the effect of the next card. If no card is drawn, return the card on your Spread instead.
Spread: Add the currently drawn arcanum to your spread where it is kept indefinitely. Execute again to use the card. You cannot Draw the same card currently in Spread.
It would also be consistent with the new Redraw, since the ability seem to imply there is only 6 cards in your deck now. So why can you draw a same card currently in your Spread? Makes no sense to me.

RR using the card in your spread to gain an RR buff if no card drawn? A+ please give me i REALLY would love a way to "remove" my spread card without using it on myself or someone.
Spread change? logically yes i get you. playwise please for the love of god no. there are various situations where drawing the same as what is in your spread can be useful.
a basic one would be, you have balance in your spread, and expand as RR, about to pull a boss, you draw, get another balance ->use drawn balance aoe, have one in spread for later -> profit?!?!?
sure i get your idea, minimise the rng and prevent double/triple spires, but sometimes it works in your favour so

Yes I'm full aware of that. You could however Spread a Spire for example and get better chances to draw Arrow or Balance (40% chance compared to 33% and with the new Redraw 50%). That said I'm not sure if the change would be good in the end but I would love to try.RR using the card in your spread to gain an RR buff if no card drawn? oh yeah itd sure be interesting to implement such a thing no doubt, would be interesting to try a strict 6 card limit 1-of-each kinda deal.
on a slightly related note,
1.im glad theyve renamed shuffle to redraw, make more sense to me. like sure, you put a card back and redraw another you can argue youve shuffled the deck to redraw but; well ive said it twice now, you redraw a card so...
but mostly
2. they can now in my dreams add a new ability, called Shuffle
which swaps the card youve drawn with the one on your spread
because thats shuffling them about
also would be 12000% useful to do this sometimes.
ah pipe dreams for 4.0
