Oh, I see that makes sense. From what I see, it appears that the weapon tomestone is obtained by weekly clears of Midas NM. However, it's hard to tell for certain.

People a week ago were complaining about the drop rate for crystals and SWORE up and down that SE would nerf it due to all of the complaints they somehow saw everywhere.

Yeah I thought the same thing, it seems to have slipped past a lot of peoples' radars. It's a straight buff.
