The replica Heavy High Allagan coat.. it's not listed as a specific class...just that name and body...that mean it is all class?

The patch notes don't list the classes for specific items and they never have, outside of new weapons. The weapons have classes listed because "Rogue's Arms" is the actual name of the type of the item (just like your body armor says "Body" on it, all of your weapons have "[class name]'s Arm").

The Allagan gear will most likely have the exact classes they did originally (so the Allagan Striking set will have NIN on it, and so on).

Well I assume we will find out on patch release day...still no reason to keep it class locked at this point though tbh lol ...it's only used for glamour now anyway.
