Hell will freeze over before they do that, just like BRD/MCH wish for the Skill Speed Cap to be removed so they can be super broken. Holy was broken beyond all reasoning to where you didn't even need DPS, just a tank to hold, and a WHM to spam Holy.... And probably not even the tank lol.
