Well it's for tank job, obviously... Unless it's dragoon's tank job to floor.

Because Dragoon don't ovoid AOE, they died from it.

By the way...

Luminiferous Aether - Duration has been increased from 15 seconds to 24 seconds.

Isn't this makes WHM feels unfair? With Celestial Opposition, total is 29 seconds!

Now we can see who are the less experienced ASTs. With that duration, you're better off spending C.O. on other buffs rather than hoarding it for L.A.

Besides, out of the three healers, AST was suffering from mana issues the most due to the nature of its cooldowns and playstyle. WHM gets the godly Assize, which scales as we get stronger gear.

Sorry what? Is it wrong to buffed the card, HoT and your own refresh status? Please, what kind of rude statement is that?

If you can somehow extend L.A., Lightspeed, Synastry, Regens AND card buffs all at the same time, I commend you. However, as of HW, many ASTs chose to save their CO for L.A. use because of the more prevalent mana issues. With that issue relieved, I'm expecting more experienced ASTs to start pairing CO with the many other buffs AST can provide.

And really, people say everything is rude these days...
