Mentoring: perhaps we're better off without it

You might as well give up, I've been saying the same thing repeatedly, but they don't actually care if it helps new players or not. They are just pissed off that they can't be part of the system to reap the rewards without having to put a little more effort in.

I'm concerned that it isn't enough effort to become a mentor. Not the other way around.
