No, not really. Everything is almost certainly (99.999% chance) going to hit harder as well to make up for it (also say goodbye to DPS/healers tanking anything for more than 2 seconds) and it will take more heals to get a tank back to full HP.

Expect both healers needing to heal most of the time, like back in the Coil progression days
