Coming from GW2, this is a great feature to have. However, I'd like to request maybe to put the levelsync as an option, so if I'm gathering or doing stuffs, I don't get randomly mowed down / chased by a mob![]()

Achievement Unlocked: LOLGOON
Just so you know... You can insanely power level as it is. I was messing around on my 60 whm while my gf was leveling. She pulled like 10 mobs and I holyed. She got full exp for each mobI believe that to prevent power levelling (ie a party of lvl5 & lvl60 players where the lower level players just stand around at a safe distance whilst the lvl60 are killing lvl60 mobs, giving insanely high EXP) they made it so that if there's a wide level gap in a party the lower players get no EXP in unsynced situations, like killing open world mobs.
Yes, but she couldn't be just AFK in follow mode like parties used to, she had to get initial enmity. You can still do it like you say, but the lower level players still need to take some part in the fight.
If high level players could level sync with lower level players outside of fates and dungeons then it wouldn't help with power leveling, namely grinding on mobs isn't the most effective way to level. So even if they go AFK, they can't turn in the quests, and progress though the world. Not like they could in other games.
This is just a QOL request that would hurt their XP gains when the fate ends, and help keep the party together as we run from X to Y![]()
