In 1.19 DEX no longer gives bonus to Evasion, the effectiveness of the said "Attribute shift" traits are not as great as before.

But with the new gears ( dyed evasion giving ones which gives bonus to MND adn PIE ones ),
it's really possible to use Transcendence, the THM affinity trait and use Blind, Absorb ACC/EVA against mobs.
