I feel as if gear progression in the game is a little lacking. We get 4-6 raid encounters when patches are added but they all drop the same tier of gear that any non raiding player can get by using tomes. As a serious player I would like to see a gear system where the raid content drops gear in tiers that will help you clear the next turns.
For example: alexander floor one would drop full sets for each job with ilvl 210 gear, then floor 2 would drop full i215 and possibly an I205 weapon, etc
I would also like to see more In world "raiding" with actual loot drops. Like the ultima FATE. I feel like they would be more interesting if the monsters were bigger and had difficult mechanics that scaled with the number of people participating in the event My last request is for an equip slot, purely cosmetic, for back accessories such as wings etc... they can act like mounts or just be there for glamour but I would really like to see faerie or angel wings running around.
