Relic nerf

Who cares about relic upgrade costs when the crystals from fates barely drop at all.
While some get them all after a few hrs of grinding fates I've only got 7 so far and still wonder if they exists in two zones.
If I'm lucky, perhaps I'm able to get the base relic before next expansion at this rate.

Maybe with the next tier or the tier after next tier.

Knowing SE and there ways of doing things i doubt the number of items will be lowered more than likely if any nerfs come there more likely to be a buff to drop rates in fates for crystals and then simply add more ways to aquire the items ie adding to grand company seals or exchange for pvp marks or mgp and so forth.

Considering it only takes 3 weeks for step 3. I doubt they will nerf it anytime soon. Expect 3.3 is when they nerf stage 3 of the intial relic.

The only nerf I expect is due to law getting "kicked out" and Eso being the new Lawstones... usually resulted in lowering costs of relic items... rest to be earliest with the upcoming relic steps.

Am I the only one that sees the absurdity in waiting on a nerf to do relic? If you too lazy or don't have enough time to play the game to get past step 3.... you think nerfing it so you can be stuck on step 4 is going to help you somehow? By the time a step gets nerfed it's irrelavant anyhow... it's just there to help people get to the last 2-3 steps. if you dont want to grind the relic then just get one of the other weapons. It's really not that serious.

Relic just came out and some are calling for nerfs already. Personally i wish SE wouldn't nerf things like this.

I don't understand why people cry for the "grind" of step 3 while you can progress on it without "changing" your daily habit...
You get tomes from doing various content, you do daily treasure map, you can do some hunting, you can still do some beastmeb quest, Alexander...
You have choice, a lot of it.

Hell, i'm at half my second relic without doing any Alexander nor farming for something specific. The only thing i've change from my daily routines is that I try to do some "old" beastmen tribe quest for token (30-40 min max a day) I still do the Vanu Vanu quest as I need the XP for the 3 jobs I don't have at 60.

I do play 2-3 hour a day on week days, and maybe 5-6h a day on week end.
The thing is, you have to do your dailies to take advantage of the daily bonus (daily roulette token bonus, daily maps, daily hunt, daily beast tribe quest etc)

I did have 2 Zeta to start with, that helped a lot for the first step though (I did 2 ATMA before the first nerf, so I had the right to skip it !!).

But Honestly, the grind to get an old relic to Zeta was awfully worth than this one ! Each step were worth timewise (Atma and Nexus was the worst imho) And you had to use the class/jobs with the relic equiped ! (for most step : atma fate drop, animus book, nexus light, zodiac dungeon hell, zeta light)

And yet people forgot that yoshida himself said that the relic was only to reward people that spend time on it.
I did achieve my second anima weapon yesterday
Without being a brainless zombie Hunting EVERY single target or losing sanity in Alexander NM

Only daily roulette
Daily ARR beast tribe quest (which are the best)
And collecting my wyvern/dragon map each day
+some little S rank whe' i got there on time

It's an easier step than the fate farm because there is no rng

...
