Second Chat window sizing issue

I would like to report that for some reason when I bring the second chat window, I am unable to re-size the window diagonally. Has anyone had this problem?

Either way I'd like to notify the developers of this possible issue.

Just letting you know my diagonal resize works fine on both chat windows. Maybe it's some specific problem.

I am surprised to see a response to from you! i apologize for not responding earlier as I had no idea I would get a Moderator response. I was fighting Ifrit last night and am still encountering the same issue heres what you requested:

Platform: PC Lenovo Windows 7 8GB Ram, AMD HD 5700 series GPU
ISP: Knology
Connection: cable
Speed: 8mb dl, 1M up
Frequency: since my last post, it does same thing
Name: Aneas Corilius
Race: Hyur / Midlander Male
World: Lindblum
Class / Skill : Gla 50, THM 49, and all other jobs 33-44
Physical: 50

thanks for your concern I hope this helps. The problem still prevails as of today.

The window won't diagonally size, nor will it now go up or down. Before the diagonal was the only problem. The window is stuck pretty much about 2/3 of the screen in length from top to bottom.
