I think they should make reward skin weapons from previous FF titles.
Suggestion:
Cloud's Buster sword: 500,000MGP
Squall's Gunblade: 500,000MGP
Zidane's Ultima weapons 500,000MGP

No. For starters the Buster Sword is already in the game anyway, but not as an equippable weapon - it is the level 2 physical melee Limit Break.
The weapons sold at Gold Saucer are specifically copies of weapons wielded by actual FFXIV enemies and not characters from past FF games so yeah, unless they appear in FFXIV, I doubt you will ever see such fanservice weapons implemented.
May I be proven wrong though!![]()

They added fan service weapons from FF13, and they've added countless fan service armor sets from previous games. I don't see why they wouldn't add a little more flare to the saucer. It would hopefully bring more people to it. Only thing really worth MGP farming for is Fenrir... and it cannot even fly.

I love this idea, but not at 500k mgp

And level 1 melee LB as well. I say enough with the FFVII throwbacks in particular, and the rest of the FF fanservice in general. That means obvious references such as Crystal Tower, which belonged to FFIII, or the (way too) many FFVII thingies spread out, inb4 anybody mentions elements shared between the saga such as enemies, jobs, etc.No. For starters the Buster Sword is already in the game anyway, but not as an equippable weapon - it is the level 2 physical melee Limit Break.

Edit: This is a FF on its own (or so it says in the title), not FFII, III, IV, and so on.
