I understand how you feel, Soulbound. Exceptionally high requirements for certain end game features for PUGs have been a thing since the advent of MMOs and PUGs. Certainly the most direct solution is to start your own group and pray that your PF group fills up in a timely manner. But I've also heard the uncommon horror story of individuals who style themselves as "cutting edge endgame raider" who join learning parties and then rant and rage when there is even a single wipe. And then there's the matter of each individual in a raid may understand their role but let's say that each person has learned to respond to mechanics in different manners. And there is also group meshing.
