I'm not sure if this has been said, as I clearly did not read all prior pages. However, this is my 2 cents:

    1. It depends on WHAT content you are trying to learn. If you are trying to learn current the raid tier, like Alex Savage, you are going to have a harder time finding people to be with you as more time progresses. This is simply because most people who raid are typically in a static group. Therefore, they already have the means to clear it themselves. Moreover,if they help another group/people clear a given floor, they may be screwing over their own static.

    2. As more time progresses in a given patch cycle you'll find less people motivated to help with content, as people just don't feel engaged to play as much.

OP, your best option would be to still try to get a group now, but realize that it'll be hard in at this point. You'll probably have a better chance of creating a group after 3.2 hits. Also, if you wanna learn older content, there is nothing wrong with PF. Things that are farmable and laughably easy can get people to join. (I'd happily join a Garuda EX learning party.)stuff like raid clears, primal fights, etc, since they aren't logging on as much.
