Problem is people are being selfish and have the mentality of "I learnt how to do the fight from a video so should you!" A video is a great first impression but not really a substitute for doing the raid in person. But hey those select few groups who raid want it all to them self for ego sakes soon we will have dps metres like in WoW....then raiding will suddenly go down hill...Hell you even need stupidly high Ilvl for some of the really easy raids now.
