Why is so hard for newbies to learn how to raid?

...Even when i try inside my own FC, no one wants to do it or if you try and coordinate something they forget or don't respond.

That part I think is the problem. Most FC's now a days are just a mesh of people with someone who wants to run and be in control of things like FC chests and such. There is no real team coordination. When 2.0 first came out I was in a FC and the leader was astounding. Gaven had things so that not just a team completed but also made times with others to get them up to par with everyone else. Had an issue? Talk to them and someone would either have you run it until you stopped forgetting what was next, or go over rotations, internet problems..everything. Truly felt like I was part of a team, I wasn't the best but that just meant my butt had to be kicked a little harder.

This is just me though, I am in a FC now who helps new people all the time with Crafting, Gathering, Leveling etc...

It sounds mean to say but I think that you might want to try to look for a helpful FC. If you're willing to learn already? You're way ahead of the game from others who just come in and say "So..what do I do exactly?"
