House Demolished (Unable to redeem gil and housing items)

Came back after not playing for a couple months. Received the emails that house would be taken away. Was fine with it. But it hasn't been past the 35 day threshold to redeem my items. I go to the residential caretaker, but I can't get my gil or house items back. What's the deal? That house was 18mil gil. Want my 4/5th of that back for sure.

In the email when did it say your house was supposed to be demolished? The initial batch were demolished on the 25th December (more than 35 days ago) and if you haven't played in months it sounds like you might have been one of those?

If your house was one of those demolished on the 25th December, you're well past the deadline for collecting your items/ gil, I'm afraid.

Yea if your housed was reclaimed on the 25th of December then you missed being able to get your items by about 2 weeks, the game would deleted your items and gil January 29, 2016.
