Help me, I have a problem with dye

Hey guys !
So I bought that beautiful dress on the market (really cheap btw)



Problem : I cannot dye it, even though I see this same dress with different colours



Why can't I dye this dress ? I would like to see its render with different shades of red

There are two versions of that dress. One is relatively cheap to make but can't be dyed (Rainbow Bustle, which you bought). The other (the High House Bustle) is harder to make (requiring level 60 and some rare materials), but it can be dyed.

Only if it have a small circle in the right upper corner of the icon it can be dyed

Basically as it has been said, but if you look on the Market Board and click to bring up the list, if you hover over the icon itself in the top left (even if no one is selling) you can check for the little "o" in the top right. That is the "Can be dyed" indicator. :3

At the very least the undyeable version should have the colors shown on the icon. Hell, IRL it would be called deceptive marketing when the colors don't match.
