veteran rewards issue

Not sure where to put this, since its not a technical issue or an in game bug.

I received the Cloud attire (720 days) 172 days ago, which means I am currently on 892 days. According to mogstation, I have been subscribed for 810 days, but that hasn't changed since this time last week.

The next reward should be at 840 days, but I have not reeived this yet. Not sure what to do next to get this sorted.

I did buy the PC version which would have given me an extra 30 days, but that was over a year ago, so before I got the Cloud gear.

You don't get vet reward time allocated to your account until the payment for any particular subscription goes through.

You'll increase your vet reward the next time your sub renews

While Slapah answered the question, I'll add if you do want to get your vet rewards easily. You can purchase game time cards. Those count immediately on your total days subscribed.

Correct me if I am misunderstanding you, but in your example, it seems to be that you think you got your reward at 720 days, then 172 days passed so you should have hit the next reward tier. That's not how it works.

You recieve rewards based on the time you have paid for, not the time that has actually passed on your subscription.

Same thing happened to me, i should have been at 840 but because of the pc version with the extra 30 days, i had to wait an extra month for the 840 rewards.

The first 30 free days of the game do not count towards the veteran rewards. You get the veteran rewards based on how many days you have paid for, not how many days have passed.

Also if you get another 30 days free from adding other platforms (PS3, PS4, etc.) those also don't count towards veteran rewards.
