4.Me and my partner had been looking forwards to a Valentines Day wedding for a while. Which we had planned half a month in advance, we made sure our settings were the exact same, and Entoinelle even told us they were identical. Fast forward to the Ceremony and we are in our dressing rooms. We attempt to select the plan it would use(Mine, Hers or any combination of the two) and it tells us that they are different. Well all our guests get booted and we go into the chapel to check, our settings are still identical and the only thing Entoinelle is letting us do is go back in the chapel which immediately boots us saying it isn't reserved.
