Esuna on Pacification is actually worth it in terms of DPS.

However, if you're in a raid environment with a BRD available, shouldn't be necessary. I guess outside of the opener, but at that point the SCH/WHM/AST prob has better things to do.

Macros that make sounds will likely just annoy people, so if you want Esuna'd I'd try communicating with your healer.

Macros can't queue like normal abilities so I wouldn't use one ever, regardless if my bard or healer wants to do their best for me.
Can't trust battle macros. I cross the street any time I see one coming.

I'm one of those healers who get somewhat annoyed by those macros. Not enough to get all passive aggressive about it, although it is somewhat like me having a macro "casting a big heal, be sure to keep the enmity". I do follow tanks debuffs and remove them as soon as I can from other casting. The only difference pacification has is that I know it to be only 5 seconds so if I miss the start of it I might skip removing it if I know it would run out during my casting the removal spell.

Apparently even then it's usually not worth since it's one healer GCD for one Heavy Swing(assuming 9hitBerserk is used). 150 pot vs whatever pot a DPS gcd a healer has that I'm almost quite sure is more than 150.

If BRD's The Wanderer's Paean becomes instant cast, you may want to have a Berserk usage announcement macro, but you gotta still hope they aren't as good as 90% the NINs are with Goads and BRDs are at singing foes.

What I mean by "announcement" is that it only handles the text, not the skill itself, leaving the skill to it will only bring you trouble.

Funny thing though, is when the WAR is doing piss damage and he still obnoxiously uses a berserk macro. It's like he's telling me to waste a precious GCD for an extra 0.00000000342 dps. Nah, not worth it bro. Keep screaming your death throes.

i've got a berserk macro that uses <SE. > . If i don't have one, it 9/10 times is ignored by everyone. Tank buster to the face killed me? Maybe if that pacify had been cleansed i could have gotten inner beast up xD
