how do you buy a house in phoenix? are any for sale?

We started a small free company and have progressed slowly through the ranks to rank 6 but alas we cannot purchase land nor a house.where do people sell them I've come across a few sites but it's all dodgy as he'll selling accounts.i have my own account and have had it since 2013 I'm not giving up my character for the sake of owning a house that's kind of pointless. So how do you find houses for sale aside from randomly coming across one which would be like winning the lotto no wait you'd have more of a chance of winning the lottery!

The only official way is to wait until someone sells one in-game (often with party finder) or their house gets demolished and you snag it.

Otherwise, look on reddit - They had a thread going for people buying/selling property.

Just keep checking every area, every ward, every day. You'll come across a free plot eventually. They are not easy to come by but now with the automatic demolishion of inactive housing it's possible! No need to buy the house "twice" (as in pay for a player for them to relinquish their land & then buy the land... you easily end up paying twice the normal amount! Plus, I think it's not actually allowed by the game ToS?). You just need to be patient and log in often to check the wards.

This January, I've seen three small plots, one medium, and two large for sale. Now I haven't checked them since, unlike I thought, there isn't a way to move from small plot to a bigger plot (dammit) WITHOUT demolishing the FC house and losing the airship progress & members's rooms, so there is no point for me to do that. But I'm sure free plots show up every few days.
