There are FCs out there that kick players out after 30 days of not logging in, which then your items go to the same 35 day system that housing item reclaim has.
It's not so much for when you get kicked out of the FC but more when you're room is destroyed, which is a byproduct of you, in some fashion, leaving an FC.
