Tbh, if you have done 1000 dungeons and don't have at least 500 comms, it probably means you are a terrible player, an a-hole, or both. Whichever it is, it's a good sign you shouldn't be a mentor.

Or that you primarily ran dungeons with a fully or mostly pre-formed team, which also doesn't really promote you when it comes to mentoring ^^;
"Yeah, I'm a really good mentor to newbies, but I only run dungeons with people I know."

And btw...it's SENPAI...not SEMPAI...sorry to be the spelling nazi of the thread. >.>

*cough* and the corresponding 'junior' term is kôhai, not hôkai, unless I'm completely out of the loop ^^; bugged me just as much as the sempai thing
