Company Seals?

Hey guys I just have a couple questions on how company seals work, I originally was just doing the company leves to obtain the company seals so I was able to obtain my chocobo. But I was wondering is there any other way to obtain company seals other than the leves, that and I believe I also heard people using drops from dungeons to obtain company seals as well?

When you are high enough level in a GC, you can turn in green, pink, and blue gear for seals. I think you have to pass Sergeant first though.
Doing FATEs and Duty Finder roulettes will also get you seals. And, if you craft or gather, you can turn in certain daily items to get seals too.
