Missing spells/abilities

i havent played ffxiv for awhile now but I just started again yesterday and while in a party I noticed I'm missing several spells. People kept telling me to use curaga or raise but I had neither.

I'm missing at least curaga, curaga 2, and raise. I'm probably missing other spells on other classes too but I haven't checked that. I contacted tech support and it was a joke. They told me they don't provide gameplay tips and tricks like I was asking them to add spells I wasnt supposed to have. Then he told me to create a new character. This type of support is enough for me to quit entirely especially when I dont have two of the most important conjury spells.

Please someone help. I bought ffxiv collectors edition when it originally came out but i stopped playing a few months after release. I think that they added curaga and curaga 2 after i stopped playing and that they changed the level requirements for raise. But because my character was already 35, i never got these spells

He's currently a rank 36 conjurer.

I found out from other players online that i just had to switch jobs. I can't believe square enix tech support told me to create a new character. I have gathered like a combined 100 levels and he wanted me to do it all over again when all i had to do was switch classes
