RECRUITING FOR RAID!!!!

Looking to recruit high caliber players in all positions for some serious raiding. The goal is to find a group of skilled players (or players who can put in the time to be in that top % bracket for their classes while running technical content). Because of the difficulty of end game content and how small the pool of players for our server is, recruiting will be selective and a push for getting capable members will be stressed over setting a date and time to begin raiding (obviously the sooner the better but getting a good team over any team to run content will be the focus).

We are also looking to recruit members from outside the server to prevent overlooking players whose ideals and motivations match those of the current raid members. So any players looking to possibly transfer for raid feel free to message me and I'll get back to you as soon as possible with as much information as I can.

Hey! Sorry it took me so long to get back to you on this. Had some computer issues which I finally ironed out and have been able to get back to recruiting and bringing in members for the group. Right now we are sitting at 4/8 members and have a drg, blm, pld/drk, and war. Which means we're still in need of two healers, a ranged dps, and most likely another melee dps.

We do need another melee! We're still recruiting a few positions so we haven't locked down a set time. But we do plan on raiding about 10-20 hours per week depending on weekly schedules, current content, etc. Right now we have a pretty open availability but one of our members's best times are 8pm EST and later so that's most likely the times we'd be looking at. Healer: scholar or nocturnal sect astrologian.

***We will obviously take alternatives to our preferred classes and are open to slightly differing from the 2 melee, one caster, and one support dps setup if the right players can be found***

Kareemu! Thanks for the reply. We definitely do need a ranged dps so if you want to look me up in game please do so. I will say if you're getting it fresh to 60 there may be some serious learning and progression you'll need to do on your own for the class. But anyone's welcome to try out at least!
