As long as the plots couldn't be resold for gil, it would clear up the serious issue of buying and reselling houses. And in turn, it would clear up the normal wards for people who want to buy a house with gil (especially once new wards are released)

The fastest way to make gil in this game at the moment is to buy and resell property. And when people are using 3rd party programs to notify them, it ruins a chunk of the game for a lot of players. Making it possible to purchase plots via the mog station would help fix this.

And while I understand the whole apartment thing is supposed to fix the problem, a lot of people will still want their own yard, in a ward, with easy access to a marketboard and retainer bell.
