You know what your right, however when you've crawled up like my family has those kind of words brings your blood to a boil. i apologize...lost myself for a second there. I work full time and go to college so seeing that stereotype thrown around insults me on a personal level.

I don't think he is stressed out or mentally on the verge of a meltdown...

But the constant illnesses and how he blames the season/weather for it is more worrisome. I don't think you're fooling anyone by blaming the weather Yoshi-P. Your immune system must be in a weak condition at least.

I think he can go on longer, but I think he really has to relax a bit after 2.0 is out and the game has stabilized. There really is no excuse- no manager must work as hard as he does in relatively normal conditions. If he has to, he is being a bottleneck for the development. I can understand it now, with two projects going on simultaneously, but not after 2.0. Do what you have to do, but keep some common sense.

i been saying this alot in my posts, they are all probably extremely overworked. this happening i think in every mmo not just japans, even though it may be 10times as bad there. i doubt people dying in usa from overworking, but they surely working 16+ hrs a day all week for there mmo companies.

i don't feel for yoshi, sorry but he is one of the few that will end up getting a raise and a new con-fey position after it's all done while everyone else is slowly being fired, replaced, layed off, or pushed to another game to slowly but surely end up working the same crazy hours again and again.

it's the companies them selves that need changing, new laws for them and us, no working like that and no launching mmo's empty. there must be lines drawn for these million dollar companies. they push and push them cause threes always another person ready to replace them. then dumb presidents create caps on law suits so we can't take them for everything they got. these are the things that need changing.
