[3.2 Spoilers] Hot scoops! Possible FFIV boss as boss in The Antitower.

For the people who were watching the source of the hottest of hot scoops, Duty Commenced, they might have noticed something in the dungeon preview section. Here it is again.

Those of you familure with FFIV should be able to tell what these 6 (1 slightly off screen) are. Although it could be wrong, these are most likely Calca and Brina dolls.

Everyone who has seen the Dungeon preview of the Dungeon on the lodestone or the press release for the dungeon should know that Mammet's are featured in the dungeon as well, so it does fit the theme of the dungeon to have these dolls appear as a boss.

Now the special thing about these dolls is that they are able to merge together to form the monster doll Calcabrina. Here is an amazing artwork by Yoshitaka Amano from when FFIV was released.

Another special thing is the theme song of the boss. If this boss is indeed in The Antitower, I really hope Soken managed to do a version of the theme for the boss.

I really, really hope there's the original theme or a remix of it for the fight itself. It just won't be the same otherwise.

It's definitely one of the weirdest and creepiest boss fights in the series in my opinion so it's great to see them show up in FFXIV!

I would love to have even the base version of the song from FFIV added to the boss fight, not unlike how they did with Ultros&Typhon and Gilgamesh&Enkidu. Since it's not a trial and instead just a basic boss fight, I imagine I'll be disappointed, though.

I honestly hope they do remix it a bit; after hearing Antipyretic remade from that Ramza debut, it shows they can really liven up some of the old tunes. The original version is likely to just make everyone insane before the fight ends <_< (Unless of course they bring back the IV boss theme too when they form. Which would be awesome.)

If I have to suffer with my entomophobia through Arboretum and both versions of Lost City of Amdapor, you can deal with Antitower.

As for me, I greatly look forward to this if Calcabrina is indeed the final boss!

1 of my friends ive known since kindy( 20 odd years) is scared poopless of dolls so just to remind him i text him a picture of chucky or annabelle everyday :P

Would be neat if you could see the calca and brina dolls spying on you at various intervals as you gradually travel through the dungeon.
