Heavensward PS4 Digital Code

Is there a reason this is not available through the SE online store or through the PS4 itself?

I'm trying to get a code so my fiancé can play her account on the ps4 and cannot find a place to purchase a code for it, as it seems to not be included with the 50% off sale on SE's store.

I don't want to buy a physical copy of the game as I don't need it. Heavensward is already installed on my PS4 because I purchased the digital version when it first released, all I need is a code so she can access it.

PSN does not sell codes, you log on with the account you want to buy it with and buy it and it downloads to your system can also be done through the PC version. Also if you are viewing PSN with your account you can't buy something you already bought.

Right, but even when I view Heavensward with her account it shows it as not available.

If you using the disc version of ARR you can't buy the digital version of HW.

She never had a disk copy of the game, she upgraded her PS3 version the same as I did.

There was a big issue with this when HW launched, you can try to DL the trial and then usually comes out with some type of line like you already own this and then able to buy the digital version of HW if that don't work you would have to contact Sony.

When I check that link with her account it says it's not available for purchase because she already owns it.

if you both share the same ps4, you may have to delete the game so she can purchase it on her account. also if she upgraded her account from ps3, then she wouldnt need to buy the ps4 version, so im kinda lost on that.

You will most likely have to contact Sony about, they must of had some temp fix in place to solve the issue (ps3 > ps4 upgrade) when HW was release but since removed it.

how I understand it, she have ARR upgraded from PS3 to PS4, but don't have Heavensward yet.
